Read Gomorra!

Time has come to start talking about the books we loved, hoping that more and more people will enjoy them as well.

So, the last book I read is called Gomorra, by Roberto Saviano: it's a great piece of work, I strongly advise you all to read it.
Gomorra is a different point of view on what we usually call 'camorra', a very complex criminal system originating in Campania, in the south of Italy.
No stupid cliches, no television or tabloid comments: Gomorra is an amazing insight on what one of the most powerful criminal society is and on how it works. If you feel like you want to understand and know more about the dark side of Italy this is the book you're looking for.
All politicians promising to quickly get rid of the waste emergency in Campania should make sure they read this book first.
Roberto Saviano is doubtlessly one of the bravest writers I've ever read.

Read the NY Times rieview of Gomorra.
